Video Editing

Personal Content

When it comes to content I've made for myself, unrelated work, or even college projects, I enjoy myself quite a bit.

One thing is editing for a client and another is editing something a bit more self indulgent... I already have a pretty fast work pace, but I can be even speedier when I hyperfocus on things I enjoy.

The first video, in horizontal format, is an interview I did for work to shed light to suicide prevention in its month, september.

The second video, vertical and to your right, was something I did for class. It was film history or something along those lines, so we made multiple videos talking about all the movies we watched.

I like my videos snappy, entertaining, and expressive if possible. I have a very naturally expressive voice, so voiceover is something I enjoy doing a lot as well. I'll get into voice acting one day.

My main Instagram account is near the bottom of the page, but I'll share my college Instagram as well.

You can watch more videos like that verical Godzilla one on my personal college Instagram account down here:

And I'll take that as an opportunity to also promote my YouTube channel, though I mostly upload animation on it:

Nodo Productions

Nodo Productions is a brand dedicated to creating all sorts of videos and visual media.

I've worked on countless projects with them throughout the 2 years I've been in their company.

Promotional videos for restaurants, property walkthroughs, podcasts, reels, social media posts, editorial design, you name it. I've done a little bit of everything with Nodo Productions.

I love working on short-form content like Instagram reels and TikTok videos, and this is one of many examples I have of that.

However, I've also edited longer videos such as podcasts.

Editing a podcast is no easy task. It's time consuming, and requires a lot of concentration and mindfullness of the material, camera shots, export settings...

Anyway, working on podcast videos or longer "films" is also pretty enjoyable.

I like learning more about the subject that's being talked about, considering most of the time I've worked on podcasts it's subjects I know little to nothing about.

Though, when it's a topic I enjoy, it's even easier to work on, since time just seems to fly by as I work.

Caballeros Vacations

Their reels focus more on showcasing and informing their clients. They are a travel agency, so their main goal is to attract customers towards booking with a travel agent.

On a more serious note, if you're ever looking to travel, reader, book with Mike from Caballeros Vacations. He is such a delight to work with, and even more so to book a vacation with.

Caballeros Vacations is yet another brand I've done multiple videos for. Probably over 200 and counting in just one year.

The videos I've done for them are mostly reels and social media oriented, though. I've even done some recording as well: like the Viceroy Riviera Maya reels or the delicious burger one here.

Their identity calls for snappier, more dynamic videos, and that can be pretty fun to work on.
